Withdrawal and Dismissal

Withdrawal application

  1. The acquirer and / or passenger has the right to retract the purchase when it has been made by non-traditional or remote means (non-contact purchases: Call center, app and website).
  2. Request the withdrawal of your purchase in the section Manage your trip, entering with the code of your reservation and your last name.
  3. The withdrawal must be exercised, within five (5) business days after the purchase of the ticket.
  4. The withdrawal may only be exercised when the flight is NOT within the next five (5) business days from the date of purchase and while the flight has not been made.
  5. The administrative fee and fees, taxes or contributions that are not refundable by regulation are excluded from the value to be reimbursed.
  6. The refund will be effective within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of notification, in the same way the payment was made
    Decrees 3596 of 2006 and 1499 of 2014.

Dismissal application - Colombia

All our rates are promotional, registered as such before the Colombian Civil Aviation, for this reason, the withdrawal does not apply.
