Payment Methods

 

Wingo offers you the following payment methods to purchase tickets and additional services on our website:

 

In Colombia:

  • Credit Card: You may purchase your tickets if you hold any of these credit cards:

Please, keep in mind that your purchases will be deferred and divided into 24 installments. In case of changes, you must request it directly to your banking institution.

If the credit card holder is not traveling under the reservation, an additional data validation process needs to be performed. Keep in mind that we may request additional documentation.

Pago almacenes Éxito, Carulla y Surtimax 

If you choose this payment method, keep in mind the following: 

  • This payment method may generate additional charges. You may want to check your final total in your purchase summary.
  • You will only be able to use this payment method if your reservation is made between 3:00am and 8:00pm.
  • This payment method can only be used if your flight does not departure within the next 36 hours. It is NOT available to pay for changes or additional services purchased after paying for your reservation.
  • Our website will generate a receipt with a barcode. This receipt must be printed with a laser printer and shown upon payment.
  • Once your receipt is printed, you will have until 23:59 of the day you made the reservation to pay for it. If you fail to pay for your reservation within such period, your reservation will be cancelled. Keep in mind that payments made on the following date will not be accepted and the reservation will be cancelled. 
  • You can pay at any Exito, Carulla or Surtimax cash register nationwide that is enabled for this purpose during the opening hours of the stores.
  • Payment must be in cash and cannot exceed COP$9,999,999.
  • Once the payment has been made, we will send a confirmation of your reservation to the email you have provided within a period of no more than 12 hours. In case of not receiving your confirmation, please call 57 1 3078133 (Bogota) or 018000111115 (other cities in Colombia).

 

On our website (Banco de Bogota)

Pago Banco de Bogotá 

If you selected the option to pay in cash Banco de Bogota, please keep in mind the following information:

  • This payment method may generate additional charges. You may want to check your final total in your purchase summary.
  • Once your receipt is printed, you will have until 23:59 of the day you made the reservation to pay for it. If you fail to pay for your reservation within such period, your reservation will be cancelled. Keep in mind that payments made on the following date will not be accepted and the reservation will be cancelled. 
  • You will only be able to use this payment method if your reservation is made between 3:00 am and 8:00 pm.
  • This payment method can only be used if your flight does NOT departure within the next 36 hours. It is NOT available to pay for changes or additional services purchased after paying for your reservation.
  • Our website will generate a receipt with a barcode. This receipt must be printed twice and present it at the bank to make the payment.
  • You can make the payment in any office of the Banco de Bogota at national level in its respective schedule, do not forget to take 2 printed copies of the first sheet. In case of not making the payment within the established period, your reservation will be canceled. Please note that payments made the day after the generation of the reservation will not be applied and will be canceled.
  • This agreement is only available in the Banco de Bogotá, not in other banks of the AVAL group.
  • Once your receipt is printed, you will have until 23:59 of the day you made the reservation to pay for it. If you fail to pay for your reservation within such period, your reservation will be cancelled. Keep in mind that payments made on the following day will not be accepted and the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Payment must be in cash and cannot exceed COP$9.999.999.
  • The day after the date of your payment, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation in the registered email. In case of not receiving your confirmation, please call 57 1 3078133, if you are in Bogota, or 018000111115 for other cities in Colombia.

On our website (Banco Davivienda)

Pago Banco Davivienda 

If you selected the option to pay in cash Banco Davivienda, please keep in mind the following information:

  • This payment method may generate additional charges. You may want to check your final total in your purchase summary.

If you fail to pay for your reservation within such period, your reservation will be cancelled. Our amazing prices in Bolivares are only available at our point of sales located at Centro Lido, Av. Francisco de Miranda, Nivel Galería, Torre E, G-12-B, El Rosal, Caracas 1060, from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

We accept credit and debit cards. 

  • In other countries

You will only be able to pay for your reservation using you Visa or Master Card credit cards.
