If you are pregnant, you can fly Wingo, as long as you comply with the following conditions:
If you are more than thirty (30) weeks pregnant, you must present a medical certificate which shows the route and flight duration and which states that you are fit to make the trip.
Such certificate will discharge Wingo from liability in case of an incident during the flight and must be issued no more than 10 days prior to the scheduled flight in compliance with section 184.108.40.206 of the Aviation Regulation of Colombia (RAC 3) amended by Resolution No. 01458 of June 18, 2015 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Colombia.
All pregnant passengers must go to the counter 90 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight to present such certificate and fill in the Exemption from Liability form.
Boarding will be denied if there exist physical evidence of imminent labor.
Newborn babies will not be allowed to fly until they are least 7 days old.
