How it works

 

  • All reservations made as of June 20, 2020 will have Flex 1 included. This will be added automatically during your purchase on our website
  • These services are only available during your booking process, you can’t add them post-booking. 
  • •    To request a change for your reservation, you should access  Manage my booking or reach out to our Call Center. 
  • Only applies to flights operated by Wingo (Aerorepublica S.A), does not apply to Copa Airlines flights.

 

Terms and conditions

 

  1. With Flex 1, you can change of date, flight and/or route for free one (1) time, without paying change penalty 72 hours in anticipation of the original departure date.
  2. Any difference in fare and taxes, if applicable, shall be assumed by the client. 
  3. Any existent fare difference in favor of the client will not be refunded.
  4. 4.    Applies for tickets purchased on wingo.com and all direct sales channels of Wingo, as of the 20 of June 2020.
  5. Changes are subject to flight availability.
  6. Route changes may only be made in the same travel category, namely, an international route may only be changed for another international route, whereas a domestic route may only be changed for another domestic route.
  7. Any additional travel expenses that may arise out of the changes requested by the traveler shall be assumed by the traveler.
  8. Additional services that were initially purchased and/or those to which the traveler is entitled pursuant to the applicable policy may be included.
  9. Changes to the reservation may be made at Manage my booking, calling the call center or at the airport’s point of sales (ATO Airport Ticket Office). At the CTO (City Ticket Office) in Caracas changes may only be made to reservations originating or arriving in CCS (Caracas, Venezuela).
  10. Not applicable with other promotions and/or discounts.
  11.  Refunds and cancellations apply according to fare rules conditions.
  12. Only applies to flights marketed by Wingo (Aerorepublica S.A), does not apply to Copa Airlines flights.

UNLIMITEDLY change the date, route or flight up to 24 hours before the trip, without paying change penalties, only the differences in rates available.

 

How it works

 

  • You can add Flex+ during the booking flow at wingo.com or by calling our Call Center.
  • All reservations made from the 4th of june will have Flex 1 included.
  • This services are only available during your booking flow, you can’t add them post-booking. 
  • To make the changes on your reservation, you can do it by entering Manage my booking or through our Call Center. 

 

Terms and conditions

 

  • The Flex+ service must be purchased at the time with the ticket, through the website or the Call Center. The service will only be enabled for purchase up to 72 hours before the flight departs.
  • Changes are allowed, provided the departure flight is 24 hours before. Changes made within 24 hours prior to flight departure will be subject to change penalties. In addition, the immigration requirements must be met, as well as the maximum stay times allowed by your destination country.
  • The passenger will be responsible for paying the difference in fare, the difference in additional services, the difference in taxes and fees.
    The number of changes is unlimited, for 1 year from the original date of the flight.
  • Date or route changes should only be made by calling the Call Center.
  • Only changes of routes from domestic to domestic or from international to international are allowed, it is not combinable domestic with international and vice versa.
  • Changes will be made in accordance with the availability of dates enabled for sale.
  • Additional travel expenses that may arise must be covered by the traveler.
  • If you have checked in, you will have to do it again for the new flight and we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the same seats.
  • Does not apply to name changes or groups.
  • It is not refundable.
  • The cost of this service may vary depending on the destination, point of sale and the time of purchase. Prices per passenger and per route, subject to change without prior notice.
