Terms and Conditions

Wingo Flex

  • Wingo Flex must be purchased at the time of purchasing the air ticket on the website or by calling our Call Center. You may purchase this service up to 72h before the departure of your flight.
  • You may make changes up to 24h before the departure of your flight. Change fees will apply to any changes made within the 24 hours prior to the departure of your flight. Plus, you need to comply with the immigration requirements and maximum stay in the relevant destination country.
  • Passengers are responsible for paying the fare difference, the fee differences of any additional services purchased and any difference of any applicable taxes or charges.
  • You may make unlimited changes for 1 year starting on the date of issuance of your ticket.
  • Date or route changes can be made by calling our Call Center only.
  • Changes will apply to the same type of route. If your initial flight was a domestic flight, you may only change it for another domestic flight. If your initial flight was an international flight, you may only change it for another international flight. Changing a domestic flight for an international flight or an international flight for a domestic flight is not allowed.
  • Changes will be subject to the dates that are available for sale.
  • Any additional travel expenses that may arise must be covered by the passenger.
  • If you have already checked in for your flight, you will have to check in again for your new flight. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the same seats selected for your initial flight.
  • This service does not apply to name changes or to group reservations.
  • This service is non-refundable.
  • The cost of this service may vary depending on the destination, point of sale and time of purchase. Prices apply to each passenger and each trip segment and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The GO PREMIUM fare includes Wingo Flex.

Flex-1

  • The client must pay for any difference applicable to fares, additional services or taxes.
  • No difference will be refunded to the client. 
  • Only applicable to international flights. Not applicable to domestic flights in Colombia.
  • Applicable to purchases made on wingo.com and any of Wingo’s direct sales channels.
  • Initial flight dates ranging from March 17 to June 15, 2020.
  • You may make changes up to June 1, 2020. The new flight must be completed before or on June 15, 2020. 
  • If you fail to make any change within the above period, you may make them up to 4 hours prior to your flight in accordance with our Change Policy.
  • Changes are subject to flight availability.
  • Route changes can only be made for the same route category: you may only change an international flight for another international flight only, and one domestic flight for another domestic flight only. 
  • Any additional travel expense arising out of the changes requested by the passenger will be paid by the passenger. 
  • The additional services that were initially purchased may be included, as well as those services to which the passenger is entitled as per our policy. 
  • Any reservation change may be made by contacting our Call Center and at the sales point at the airport (ATO Airport Ticket Office). At the Caracas CTO (City Ticket Office) only changes applicable to reservations made from/to CCS (Caracas, Venezuela) may be made. 
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounts.
  • Refunds and cancellations apply according to the conditions of the applicable fare.
