We are committed to offering you very low fares. In order to offer you amazing prices, we have established our fares to be non-refundable and non-transferrable. Your ticket will be valid until the starting date and time of the trip. Fares do not include a required maximum or minimum stay; they are not subject to any seasonality or anticipated reservation or purchase. Passengers must pay an extra fee for the selected additional services, (i.e. Airport Check-in, Additional Checked Baggage, Express Check-in, Seat Selection, Special Baggage, etc.).
When you purchase a Wingo ticket, you are entitled to carry one piece of carry-on baggage of up to 10 kg and 55x45x25 cm in the plane’s cabin for free. If your carry-on luggage exceeds the carry-on luggage dimensions allowed, you may check it for free at the counter. If you need to check more baggage, you must pay a second checked baggage service fee at the airport counter.
When you purchase a Wingo ticket, you are entitled to carry one piece of baggage of up to 23 kg and 158 linear cm as checked baggage for free. If you need to check more baggage, you may purchase our additional checked baggage service and carry two more pieces of baggage of up to 20 kg and 158 linear cm each. If your checked baggage does not meet the dimensions established by Wingo, you must pay the additional fee applicable to each additional kilo. The maximum weight allowed for each piece of baggage exceeding the maximum dimensions established by Wingo is 32kg. You are allowed to check up to 3 pieces of baggage per passenger. Children under 2 years old flying for free are not allowed to check any piece of baggage.
Remember that you may print your boarding pass at home and that free web check-in is available 72 hours and up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Keep in mind that if you do not select the option to print your boarding pass at the airport or you do not take it with you on the day of your flight, you will have to pay an extra fee in order to print your boarding pass at the counter.
If you need to make changes to your ticket after purchase, we give you the chance of make name correction, route or date of your ticket up to 4 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time, provided you pay the applicable penalty fee plus the fare difference applicable to the new flight. At Wingo, we love to offer you low prices. That’s why all our tickets and additional services have promotional prices and are not refundable. If you miss your flight, your ticket will no longer be valid and you will not be able to use it later. Check the exceptions established in our Refund Guide on wingo.com.
If you have selected airport check-in and wish to print your boarding pass at the airport or if you need to check baggage, keep in mind that we will be available at our check-in counter four (4) and up to two (2) hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure. If you have already printed your boarding pass and do not need to check any piece of baggage, you can go straight to the boarding gate. We will be waiting for you one hour before your flight’s scheduled departure.
Passengers are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documentation: passports, visas, tourist cards, health certificates and any additional or special document or requirement established by the applicable regulations of the departure, transit or destination countries. Passengers must keep in mind that some immigration regulations require Wingo to ensure that all passengers –who are not citizens or legal residents of the destination country– have a means of transportation (depending on the authority and its regulations) to leave the destination country.
